Goldie D'Bloon is a queer artist. They are queer in every sense of the word. Their goal is to bring a smile to your face and a bit of whimsy to the world.

This performance is a love letter - written in mid-air- to the glorious mess of finding love where you least expect it... like on a pirate ship. With your enemy. Who might kiss you or stab you, and frankly, you're fine with either.

So grab yer rum, clutch yer pearls, and brace yerselves... for a voyage of vibrancy, vulnerability, and very poor life choices - all in the name of love.

Carol has been studying aerials on and off for over a decade now, and has been learning from and working with Marisa throughout much of that time. Both of these sea nymphs have a major love for theater and performance art in its many forms, and are excited to share this act for Our Flag Means Pride! This is Carol's second Sky Candy showcase, and this theme felt like the perfect opportunity to share the concept of this duet, something these two have wanted to collaborate on for quite a while!

Sadie Hawkins is a long-time Sky Candy student and frequent performer on lyra and trapeze, but when she's not in the studio, she can also be found wistfully dreaming of pirates in love. Our Flag Means Death is one of Sadie's favorite TV shows of all time, and she's excited to capture even a tiny bit of the campy queer joy this story represents.

Coralie and Shiloh love swords and aerial and like to combine the two to see what destructive things occur.
