Drop-in fitness classes at Sky Candy are low commitment, one hour long, and can focus on either supplementing your aerial training or providing a workout independent of any apparatus goals.

While we do teach drop-in aerial classes, many are entirely ground based, such as strength conditioning, flexibility, dance, handstands, yoga, and burlesque.
