Drop-in fitness classes at Sky Candy are low commitment, one hour long (aside from Intro to Aerials), and can focus on either supplementing your aerial training or providing a workout independent of any apparatus goals.

While we do teach drop-in aerial classes, many are entirely ground-based, such as flexibility, dance, yoga, and handstands.
