Meet the New Sky Camp Team
We are getting excited for our 2026 round of summer Sky Camps! With 10 weeks of camp this year and space for up to 24 campers each week, we need a whole lotta circus knowledge to make it happen. So, in addition to our incredible team of seasoned Sky Camp teachers and counselors, we have been busy training a new crop of youth instructors just in time for Summer 2026! We are thrilled to share these amazing new team members with you.
Meet Gabi
Gabi is joining our team after two years of time at Sky Candy, building a love of sling and silks. After working with kids for over 10 years as a nanny, teacher, and counselor, she’s thrilled to be part of Sky Camp, where she can work with kiddos on developing their own love of aerial arts! Fun Fact: Gabi runs a montly book club in the ATX - with crafts! @gabilane17

Val has been practicing aerials since she was 11 years old! She joined Sky Candy as a student almost 2 years ago and was a Camp intern for Summer 2025. She loves aerials and is thrilled to share her love for this unique art form with our campers. @valeriasalazarmoreno

Wednesday says that aerials and circus arts have helped them feel so confident, and they can’t wait to contribute to others’ journeys. Fun Fact: Wednesday has 3 beloved pet rats, Sophie, Ada, and Lovelace!
