We offer a variety of drop-in classes seven days a week with daytime and evening options. Our drop-in class schedule current includes classes like Intro to Bungee, Bungee Dance, Intro to Aerials, Intro to Silks, Intro to Trapeze, Intro to Sling, Intro to Pole, Intro to Lyra, Aerial Yoga, Active Flexibility for Splits, Active Flexibility for Back & Shoulders, Beginner Handstands, Intro to Hooping, and tons more!
