Carolyn graduated from the New England Center for Circus Arts (NECCA) in 2015. There she studied static and duo trapeze and Chinese pole under the instruction of Aimée Hancock, Jamie Hodgson, Elsie Smith, and other world-class coaches.

Circles and More Circles An introduction to and exploration of hip circles, elbow circles, back circles, diagonal circles, and several spinning variations around the ropes. Learn how to execute and multiply your rotations.

Prerequisites: Level 4 or above in Trapeze or Lyra. Able to safely invert and maneuver in the ropes, comfortable with front balance and back balance.
Trapeze for Two: Intro to Duo An introduction to weight sharing moving on the trapeze with another person. We will incorporate a combination of skill work and conditioning as a duo. Come with or without a partner!

Prerequisites: Level 1 or above in Trapeze or Lyra.
Balancing on Static Trapeze Tips, tricks, and transitions into and out of Carolyn’s favorite balances, including standing balances, kneeling balances, back balances, front balances, shoulder balances, and handstand variations.
Saturday, March 7th, 2020
Prerequisites: Level 4 or above in Trapeze. Familiarity with front and back balance.
All of her workshops are $50/per person for a two hour session. We recommend signing up immediately, to ensure that the workshop that you’re interested in makes.
